Business-to-Business (B2B) Business-to-Business Programme (B2B) is a part of Danish development cooperation. The B2B Programme supports the establishment of partnerships between Danish companies and companies in the DANIDA (Danish International Development Assistance) programme countries and South Africa. The B2B Programme is the replacement of the Private Sector Development (PSD) Programme. The objectives of the B2B Programme are developing the private sector in a range of programme countries by supporting the establishment of long-term and mutually committing partnerships between Danish companies and companies in developing countries. Danida’s B2B Programme encompasses following countries: Bangladesh, Benin, Bhutan, Bolivia, Burkina Faso, Egypt, Ghana, Kenya, Mozambique, Nepal, Nicaragua, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, Vietnam and Zambia. The Business-to-Business (B2B) Programme can also assist to find a Danish partner that can help to gain access to Danish technology. On the other hand, the Danish company can obtain access to new markets, products and production opportunities. So, it is a win-win situation for both parties. This programme offers support during the process of establishing and implementing a partnership. Therefore, this programme can be divided into three overall phases:
The B2B Programme is open to all sectors of business and industry, as long as it is fair to assume that the proposed business co-operation will have a genuine development impact.
