Requirements for endorsement for inclusion of child(ren) name:

Filled in Application form

bullet

Valid Bangladeshi Passport of either of the parents

bulletBirth Certificate in original
bulletFour stamp size (25X26 mm) photographs of the child(ren).
bullet Application fee: See 'Consular Fee' section; (Click here to see bank account information)
bulletSelf-addressed envelope and 100 SEK postage fee (120 SEK for two passports) or stamps (inside Sweden only)  or return pre-paid courier for receiving passport by post.
