Passport renewal

Requirements for new passport (if the old passport is damaged or its pages are exhausted):

	Filled-in application form
	Four passport size recent photographs
	Old passport
	Application fee: See 'Consular Fee' section. Click here for bank account info.
	Self-addressed envelope and SEK 120 postage fee for receiving passport by post.

Requirements for new passports (if the old passport is lost):

	Filled-in application application form
	4 copies of filled-in notarized form
	Eight passport size recent photographs
	Police Report
	Photocopy of lost passport and SSC Certificate (Original)/ Nationality Certificate from Union Parishad notarized by the Foreign Ministry of Bangladesh.

	Self-addressed envelope and SEK 100 postage fee for receiving passport by post.
